Location of a nuclear waste spill? Parasites infesting corpse brains? Bio-weapon gone horribly wrong like the ebola virus? Someone being brought back from the dead, but miscalculated so that EVERYONE ELSE WHO EVER LIVED was also resurrected? Nuts. By the sound of it, my character's gonna be the only non-human PC unless Renzo joins. I also think my characters could have their weapons replaced. I'm thinking a pair of Wakizashi, switching between holding them ordinarily and backhand for Shadow... SS: (With left blade backhand and right ordinary) *Slashes a zombie across the throat with his left-hand blade, stabs a second behind him to his left, stabs it in the head with his right-hand blade, adjusts his left hand to hold the blade ordinarily, lifts it up and throws it off them head-first, cracking its head open on contact with the ground* Hmhmhmmm...

I'm thinking bio-weapon gone wrong over here.

I'm thinking bio-weapon gone wrong over here. Ditto.

Okay, It'll be a bio-weapon gone wrong in an alternate world with multiple sentient species, my character'll be, say, in a university on the final day. Given that it's an alternate world, I'm gonna say it's legal for inhabitants to own and carry weapons.
Where your character's are gonna be when it hits and does anyone have an idea what it could be called? 'Cause I've got not... Hold on a tic. I'm listening to a song in The Prince Of Egypt right now.
... Post-mortim Plague? (PMP... ?)

Post-mortim plauge, huh. Not a bad name, I'm cool with it. My guy is going to start off in a rural area, watching over his fortified farmstead. (he doesnt know of the deadline, or that there ever was a rescue. He listens to radio on occasion or reads the newspaper at most. But hes been too busy watching over his farm to learn that much about the outbreak besides "shoot 'n stab the sunnuvabitches.")

My character doesn't even know if anyone's gonna take action taken about the situation. All that he really cares about is surviving. If he finds somewhere protected against the hordes, all the better. He actually thinks/hopes that if any of the worlds governments're gonna do anything, it'll be sending in the military. Nuking the place is going a bit far and if they don't, it'll be easier to rebuild.

Well, I'm ready when you guys are.I'll probably post my character's Bio in the character thread later. By the way, what do you mean by "final day"? Is the deadline for rescue going to be as soon as the RP starts?

The final day for his Uni course. Kinda sucks for him, all that work for nothing.

Dang, that DOES suck. My character is a self-sufficient down-to-earth fellow. Never did bother with higher education when all he needed was a plot of land to work with and some income selling surplus produce.

I'll start working on posting in the RPs here soon. Just haven't been in the RP mood lately. I blame Dissidia 012, and Skype.

Kinda the same over here. I want the RPs to move, but they've been stuck on their current arcs so long I've gotten tired and I'm having trouble motivating myself to get them moving.(The thought I might half-ass something due to boredom also bugs me.)
Definatly near the end of my monster rancher arc in SBVQ, as for the current plot in MFF jail, not so much..Grah, what a mess.

Maybe we'll wait for a few months after this storyline to see if the manga goes anywhere. As for SBVQ... maybe something happens that sends our characters dimension-hopping again.
Hmhmhmm. Only the fourth post and I'm already enjoying this zombie apocalypse. If you're reading this before the new post, Firebrand and Shadow meet in... unsavoury circumstances. And proceed to try and kill each other due to a misunderstanding.
And Tak, I'm curious. What's Dissidia 012 like? (Seen the guy with the massive guns. Long-ranged weapons look boring as bat shit.)

Guy with guns? You mean Laguna? I actually find him fun. Nothing beats filling a certain Mama's Boy up with lead. As for the rest of the game. It's interesting. It's a Fighting Game, with RPG elements (levels, stats, equipment, etc). Apparently the gameplay can be compared to Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi (never played those games so I wouldn't know). I recommend it.
Back on topic, I'll start working on some posts later.

Also Spectre, I see what you mean by you missed some stuff in the Monster Rancher arc. I don't see the parts where Alumina and Kurai come in.
(Damn, did I have such uncreative names. At least Reptilius is better.)

I know, I've also missed on some of SS's posts and my own. I hope I got enough character room to put them in. >_<
