On the 9th, actually (thumbs up to Walmart for jumping the gun on the price drop so people could get the Ambassador deal along with the new price). Didn't have enough for games until yesterday when I made it to GameStop and traded in a bunch and got both OoT 3D and Pac-Man & Galaga Dimensions. Haven't played much of those two, but I did mess around with the built in games and Pokedex 3D. So far, 3DS is win. Definitely looking forward to many of the upcoming games.

Appearantly the next Super Smash bros. will have a 3DS version, supposedly able to "communicate" with the one being released on the upcoming Wii U.
The 3D pokedex looks interesting, but right now I dont have much incentive to get a 3DS. Might consider it if my DS Lite malfunctions from age.(Or if the SSB unlocks characters on the wii version.)

Hopefully connectivity between Smash Bros Wii U and Smash Bros 3DS is good. Either way, I'll get both. Portable Smash Bros? ABOUT DAMN TIME NINTENDO!

You know, I was thinking of getting the 3DS for Christmas, since I really want that OoT remake for the 3DS so bad. Even know the sales of 3DS isn't that great and all, it'll be a better time for me to get it for Christmas.

My sister got a 3Ds. Never really cared for one myself, no games that have a notable spot on my priority list. It's a neat device, though. I really like the graphics. Almost looks like you're looking into a box with characters inside.
I was thinking about getting one after seeing pokemon Black and White 2. There was another game that seriously drew my eyes, but I cant recall what it is at the moment.
Ah! It was Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance. If it doesnt come out on big consoles, I'll definately try and get it. I'm especially interested that they have Quasimoto's(Hunchback of Notre Dame) world. The sound of teaming up with Quasimodo to take down a Heartless/demonized Claude Frollo sounds awesome, he needed to get a savage asskicking before falling off the cathredal into the molten copper below(Screaming in terror as a demon from hell manifests in the statue he was hanging onto and grins at him as he falls to his damnation.)
And this was in a Disney Movie... ;D

Yep. Religion, lust, blood, death and damnation. The last word which is used repeatedly and openly. And it's dark to. You can see the bloodstain on the steps of Notre Dame when Quasimoto's mother is knocked over by Frollo and breaks her skull from the fall. Bet Quasimoto would make one hell of an ally in combat to. Despite his gentle nature, he's one of the last Disney heros you would want to piss off. I think those deformities of his is just a crapload of excess muscle growing in his back. ...I think I'll make it a point to watch that movie sometime this weekend.

Never really got into the KH franchise, but may have to look at this one. And/or at the 3DS.
Watched it recently on Youtube. The music is... it's just magnificent. Especially Bells of Notre Dame.
Personally like to think that Frollo didn't "die" so much as "fall directly into Hell itself". He refused to see any fault in his own actions, was quick to condemn others for acts they didn't commit and even went so far as to blame God for his sins. Wow. Y'know, it's pricks like this abomination that give religion a bad name. And then there are people like the Archdeacon and I'm getting off track.

Which is why I want Frollo to be a boss in the upcoming Kingdom Hearts. He not only violates the very religion he follows, but he's a monster. He callously burns down the home of an innocent family(after trapping them in) just because they didnt have Esmerelda. Not to mention he murdered Quasimodo's mother(possibly his father to) then tried to drop the infant hunchback into the well.
So yeah, I think he earned an asskicking from the living world before falling into the next. Cant imagine what he was thinking when that demon manifested in that statue he grabbed onto. Heheheh.
...Actually, I think the devil may have posessed that statue to drag him down. Notice how it suddenly snapped right under Frollo? I cant think of that as an accident. Quasi casually sprints along those statues to move around the cathredal, and theres no telling how much he weighs. And that statue was perfectly intact to, not weathered at all.
It just snaps. And roars at Frollo before breaking off.
